Shipping Policy

Every Zariya piece is made and packed by hand, so here's exactly how and when your order reaches you.

Order processing

1- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2- Orders placed by 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
3- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next day.
4- Orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan's national holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping charges

1- Free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,500.
2- A flat Rs. 200 charge applies to orders under Rs. 3,500.

Delivery time

1- Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days (no delivery on Sundays).
2- During busy shopping seasons or our mega sale events, delivery may take a little longer — up to 7 working days or more.

Delivery details

1- We deliver to the home or office address you provide at checkout.
2- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
3- All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
4- We will attempt delivery at least twice at the address you've given us.
