Return & Exchange Policy

At Zariya, every piece is made and inspected by hand before it reaches you. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right. You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Please note: Returns and exchanges are not available on items purchased during special sales or mega sale events.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

1- Unused, unworn and undamaged, with no signs of use.
2- In its original Zariya packaging, with tags intact.
3- Accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

Items that are dirty, used, altered, or returned without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We're happy to arrange an exchange if you'd like a different design or received the wrong item.

1- Raise your request within 15 days of delivery and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
2- Exchanges are subject to stock availability — as our pieces are made in small batches, we can't guarantee that a specific design or colour will be in stock at the time of your request.
3- Delivery charges are not refundable on exchanges, and return shipping for a change-of-mind exchange is the customer's responsibility.

Returns

You're eligible for a return if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

In these cases:

1- We cover the return delivery charges — the fault is ours, not yours.
2- Attach a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation and let us know whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund.
3- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders) within 7–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

How to start a return or exchange

1- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at the number or email below.
2- Share your order number and a photo of the item (especially for damaged or incorrect pieces).
3- Once approved, we'll guide you on returning the item to our address

Please do not ship anything back before your request is approved.

Order cancellations

Zariya reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

1- The item is out of stock.
2- A pricing or listing error.
3- Payment could not be verified or was declined.
4- The customer cannot be reached to confirm the order.
